Ascent360 Hosted a Camber Exchange!
On Thursday we hosted a Camber Exchange, complete with a corn hole tournament outside, great food and drink, lots of giveaways, and a packed house of networking with women and men that work and enjoy the outdoor industry. The exchange was a local happy hour event that connected people who share interests, career objections, and passion for the outdoors. It was a great way to gather people from around the Denver metro area, network, spark ideas, and participate in Camber Outdoors’ grassroots community. Our keynote speakers were Scott Buelter, President of Ascent360 and Julia Fritze-Singh, VP of Client Success at Ascent360. Their presentations included information about why we partner with Camber, a little about Ascent360 and our mission, and their journey’s to how they got to where they are now at Ascent360.

A little more about Camber Outdoors and why we love partnering with them…
Camber Outdoors is committed to the vision of Everyone’s Outdoors. With our partner companies, individual members, and supporters we are accelerating and elevating women’s leadership and participation in the outdoors, from the backcountry to the boardroom.
Founded in 1996 as the Outdoor Industries Women’s Coalition (OIWC), Camber Outdoors is the only national organization dedicated to achieving equality for women in the active-outdoor industries. Through innovative and thought-leading programming and initiatives, including the Camber Outdoors CEO Pledge, Pitchfest, Camber Exchanges, and our cross-industry, cross-company mentoring program, we are collectively ensuring our partner companies, the industries we serve, and the places we play are truly Everyone’s Outdoors, where diverse talent thrives.
Our 170+ corporate partners are thought-leading companies that recognize the active-outdoor industries will drive greater innovation and solve bigger problems when leadership teams reflect the gender diversity of current and future participants.
Our 4,000+ individual members are women and men with a shared love of being outside and active, a passion for protecting the places we play, and a belief that women’s leadership is critical to growth and sustainability.
Our staff is a team of climbers, skiers, mountain bikers, hikers, snowboarders, backpackers, cyclists, and runners. We love being outside and get out of bed every morning to live our mission and work toward our vision of an outdoors for everyone.
