We have moved! AscentCRM has moved 20 miles South from Boulder to our new location in the beautiful town of Golden, CO. Nestled in the foothills, we are now a stones throw away from the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater, numerous hiking and trail running routes as well as the historic Golden Downtown featuring Coors Brewery (beer anyone?!).
With the excitement of moving, we decided to host our first shindig at the new place to celebrate our new office and to start off the holiday season on a good note!
Ascent360 is releasing a number of new features and updates over the coming weeks. Here is a brief rundown of some of the new features:
Executive Email Overview: First up is a monthly executive overview of your program. This is an email that will be delivered once per month that will show a number of key metrics for your program. The metrics include things like “Number of New Email Opt-Ins 30 Days”, “Count of Prospects”, “New Customer Growth Percent – Last Month” as well as some email metrics like “Avg Open Rate – Last Month” and “Emails Sent – Last Month” – Release Date – December 2015
The NSAA Beginner Conversion Study is launching for the second year. With many resorts taking advantage of this study and jumping on board, the study is gaining a lot of interest within the industry. RRC and Ascent360 are working together to provide the research and technology for the program. With a new dashboard and added reporting functionality, participants will have a deeper insight into their data.
