Seeking Email Solutions Specialist that is well versed in email marketing and has extensive experience with marketing stacks. Ideal stack experience would include stacks that leverage CRMs, CDPs, SMS, Digital Media, and Analytics to create a diverse omnichannel marketing solutions. Furthermore, we are looking for a specialist that is comfortable maintaining relationships with vendors from a technical aspect. In addition, you need to be comfortable being a liaison between our Customer Success Team and our in house Development Team. From a liaison position you’re comfortable explaining complex technical problems to non-technical people.
Further, this person has to have a keen sense to learn as we are looking for this person to understand systems integrations (end to end). You will get comfortable understanding system’s limitations and capabilities. You thrive on solving complex problems while having the capability to deep dive on intricacies of an individual system. Your problem solving skills account for short term solutions while at the same time driving for long term resolutions. You’re comfortable with a constant change and often find opportunities in change. With the size of our company, you feel comfortable wearing multiple hats at any given point. You are excited to learn new skills and understand new systems. You’re comfortable writing requirement documents for technical resources to implement. You work hard to bring these solutions and innovative ideas to fruition.
You will be responsible for transitioning data from our SaaS CDP to out bound channels via multiple methods such as APIs (SOAP & REST) and/or FTP. The focal point of these outbound channels would be an end point of an ESP. You will help provide extensive requirements and documentation on API connections. You will be responsible for making sure the multiple systems can run smoothly together, again, providing developers with requirements to make sure long term growth goals can be achieved. Moreover, this person will be responsible for maintaining existing and future integrations from client CDP to selected ESPs, as well as, online advertising platforms like Google and Facebook. This person will be responsible for managing tickets internal and external to resolve data discrepancies and manage a breadth of Email Marketing items.
This person will be responsible for working closely with clients on matters revolving around Email Service Providers. Extensive experience working with ESPs is required along with a strong willingness to learn. The ideal person has a health balance of managing all aspects of an ESP that would involve not only the content side of email marketing but audience management aspects as well. You may have Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acoustic, or Eloqua experience. This experience requires audience creation via SQL, along with, being able to leverage data extensions (relational tables and/or database tables) to create sophisticated and targeted audiences. The extent of client’s needs can range from template rendering issues, creating new accounts in an ESP, User Management in an ESP, form building within the ESP and more.
